All sales are final although we understand when defects and print issues may occur.  Come to us truthfully and we will make sure that we take care of the issue. Refunds must be requested before we start any work on your order.  Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Having a straightforward conversation with us is a great way for us to ensure we continue to offer satisfactory products.  "We can't fix problems we don't know about."
