The functional, trackable, and customized URL embedded within the QR Code is dependent on Elite Enterprises LLC maintaining an active, paid subscription to the service provider, Bitly.
The price of $45 paid upfront covers the initial creation and set-up of the QR Code only, providing 30 days of guaranteed managed service.
For ongoing operation and guaranteed continuity of the linked digital service, the Client must agree to directly cover a portion of the annual subscription cost via a maintenance fee of $25 annually.
Failure to complete the maintenance fee releases Elite Enterprises LLC from all liability regarding non-functionality of the QR code after the initial 30-day guarantee period.
